Just as I was being to tire of the same old food in the Grainstore a new menu has been introduced which is a vast improvement. The choice is very good with a lot of interesting and healthy dishes.

First we saw the film - really just a standard cinema - but then we moved to the restaurant and enjoyed an excellent meal. So convenient to have the whole evening in one place. Lovely quiet atmosphere - no background music - wonderful.

Great place to see a drama production, a live screening, live music comedy, workshops and kids classes in drama, music, dance, singing and art. Great place and always offers high quality service whatever you are doing. Coffee shop and restaurant are also both good venues

This was the second time we have been recently and like the first time we had a brilliant night. We settled down in the bar area, opened a bar tab so we could enjoy a few drinks and have the lovely food we had last time. Unfortunately the veg. Platter for sharing was not available this time as the menu... More

Brewery arts centre building covers several different levels so it is fun exploring the many corridors and floors to find out what is available although there are lots of steps to be negotiated which needs to be kept in mind if you are not very active. Outside there is a ramp giving access to upper floors for wheelchair users and... More

We went to watch a film and have a pizza. We ordered the veggie one and despite looking nice the base was thin and hard like cardboard and the toppings were just ..on top really... definitely disappointing and would not go back again. -'also asked for a glass of merlot which was cool and tasted awful. This used to be... More

We had a couple of drinks and a bite to eat here tonight and had to remind the staff twice (in the hour and a half we were there) that we'd ordered 'chunky fries'. When they did arrive, the portion size was tiny for the £3.60 they'd charged. Then they took the plate away before we'd finished. Very disappointing.

The Grainstore restaurant has launched a new menu, and it is totally amazing! The quality of the food, which has always been very good, has been raised to another level, both in terms of quality and presentation. It was totally amazing, and I can't wait to return. The Grainstore now truly offers a superb dining experience.
