    Great family day out!
Always have a great time at blackpool, plenty of rides for kids and adults. Only down sides were the length of time that the place was open, 11am-5pm seems like a good amount of time but by the time you are in as there is a massive que theough security and when you are queing for the big rides, this time soon flys by! An earlier start/later finish would be ideal. Also Valhalla wasnt open yet which was a shame but I was aware if this from the website. Overall, love blackpool pleasure beach and will definitely come back đŸ˜€

    Amazing day out
We had an amazing trip, the best part of it is seeing the excitement and smiles on the kids faces. When we arrives the queues were huge to get in, but it actually took less than 5 minutes to get through as it was really well staffed and organised. We ate at an all you can eat buffet pizza place where the staff were really friendly and helpful. We loved our day here. The only 2 negatives I would mention is having to keep getting your phone out to scan on the rides, surely once you're scanned in you shouldn't need to do it each ride and secondly there should be designated smoking areas around the Park as we were stood in quite a few queues or sat on a bench and people kept smoking around us all and it was disgusting.

    Best year yet!
As a local I love coming to BPB in March! We all found the site looking smarter, upgraded, cleaner, better kept with lovely touches as flower baskets on railings ;o) The rides were fantastic as always, best ones in Europe in my view. Last but not least the staff were super friendly & helpful. We have been for years but I’d say this year was our best yet! Thank you BPB!

Good but too many rides closed / broken.
Me and my son came on opening day, it was his first visit and he was really looking forward to going. We arrived at 9.30 and parked in the car park. £18 for the day is very expensive but didn't want to drive around looking for somewhere else. The park opens at 11 and didn't want to queue for so long so went fo a walk. We came back at 10.30 and watched the pre opening show which was good. When we got in we found alot of rides closed or not opening until later on? Impossible is apparently closed for good but it doesn't show that online. Lots of kids rides were closed too which was disappointing. My son is only 110 cm so couldn't go on any bigger rides so to see the smaller rides closed was a disappointment. Lots of rides breaking down and the train broke down too. Just put this down to not being run over winter. But we spent most of our day walking around looking for rides he could go on. Needs to be more options for dairy free people. We struggled buying anything he could eat, maybe have vegan cheese in the eateries, lots of people are intolerant so it would be used. But we stayed until closing and I'll be back when valhalla opens in April too. Just marked down for the closed rides and food.

    Awesome Icon
Went on 2nd opening day - Mothers Day so not as busy! Solo 69 year old male went on all the rides that were open but 1st time on Icon. Absolutely brilliant - went on 3 times, once at the front and twice at the back. Surprisingly smooth but very fas. :=} Weather pleasant and sunny. Staff friendly and efficient. I will be back!

E-Tickets are a frustrating replacement for the wristbands!
Have visited this place a few times over the years and do usually enjoy it, however the eradication of the wristbands has made the experience way more frustrating. E-Tickets mean you are forced to take a photo of everyone in the group for each e-ticket and are expected to each download the app to use our phones to scan our way onto the rides. I chose the paper ticket (which is just the old tickets they used to hand out). Phones/paper tickets can easily get wet, and what if your battery died? Or you lose the tiny paper ticket? You're screwed! You cannot enter the park without paying for a full ticket, so why do we need to scan to get on each ride? The turnstiles themselves could act as a counter if that's what they are after. Seems very odd. Rides are still fun and park is easy to navigate, but really wish they would bring the wristbands back. Also my daughters friend lost his phone but Guest Services closed literally at 5pm which meant there was no one to ask for help as we were leaving. A staff member said to come back tomorrow - it was a 5 hour round trip to visit this park so hardly an easy distance to do again the next day!

    Action packed family day out!
A fun action packed day was had by all. Queues were small to reasonable. The big one was closed till mid aft due to high winds so when that opened, the queue was big so we gave that a miss on this visit. Icon was fab, 2 trains running. All shops/eateries were open, the park was clean and seemed well staffed. The big dipper is closed for maintenance and Valhalla hasn’t reopened yet. We are pleasure beach fans, we got our tickets using our club card points. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you.

Great day, wristbands would be better.
Was a good old fashioned family day out. Spent nearly 5 hours going around the park and enjoyed a good memory going on the ghost train, which I remember going on as a kid, 40 years ago. Have not given 5 stars as just feel the park could do with a bit of TLC and we had e tickets, so could get the online price. However there was a couple of times I had to use my phone to be able to get on the ride, to show my pass, but then I had no safe pockets to put my phone. I couldn't ,obviously, take my bag on some of the larger rides, so put my phone in a holding area. Wasn't ideal. Wristbands would of been alit better. There are some small lockers which were great to put some of your stuff in. We won a Teddy and didn't want to carry it around, so used a locker, at a charge. Great Day.

Expensive but enjoyed our day, same price for none riders as those taking part!
We had a great time, only downside is you have to pay now full price even if you aren’t riding any rides! Surly there’s a better system than this? Go back to the old wrist bands, we had to take pictures of ourselves as well which I’m concerned with gdpr how is this information stored? £40 plus to walk about and not ride is extortionate! Feels just silly and greedy to do this wrist bands would be better.

Great day out with a good mixture of rides!
It was fun but I did leave with a bruise from steeplechase. Other than that it was very fun and the rides are great especially icon, the icon line is very fast aswell. Nickelodeon land was great although the line for Nickelodeon streak is very slow and the ride is quite bumpy, everyone working in Nickelodeon land was very friendly. For all the rides I went on I felt safe in my restraints and the staff always check your restraint nicely before your ride. Infusion is very bumpy which spoils the ride. The big one is superb & ice blast is also excellent - the views are amazing. The staff are all really nice and funny and will assure you the ride is fine is your nervous.

Trip almost didn't start after I booked the wrong date (Sunday instead of Saturday) but a quick live chat with Sienna and things were switched with no hassle or fee. Great Service!

The park itself was largely open, with very few rides unavailable and reasonable queues due to it being out of season. Longest we waited for a ride was 15-20 minutes for The Big One, and other rides like Ikon were under 15 minutes. With a pair of 13yr olds in tow, neither was bored for a minute, able to go on all their favourite rides with ease and get their hands on drinks and sweets in a number of locations.

Only gripe is the price of ride pictures which really are getting ridiculous, and please make those refillable drinks cups watertight because they Leak inside people's bags when closed because of the cheap plastic seals.

Always a fantastic time, myself and girlfriend love Icon and Big One, especially Wallace and Gromet.

Very good availability of rides and well dispatched, well done to the operations and maintenance teams.

Had excellent time, most rides were very quick with the queues, couple could have worked it a bit better but was still a great day.

Only complaint- no hand sanitizer and I felt this should be available as it’s the norm for most places. I would strongly advise you take your own,

Still a great park, which is great value for money.
operations were spot on, with most rides being a short wait.
I really think there is something for everyone at this park.
Always feel lucky this place is so close to home.

Areas for improvement.
Some more theming for sure, some more new rides not replacing the classics.
No need for scanning tickets to get onto rides.
It's a very mild inconvenience but the phones slow everything down.
I always print ours off to speed things up.
The Ghost Train needs a soundtrack again.
But credit where it's due, the revamp inside is in the right direction.

As for people saying make the park free again to walk around.
I disagree completely.
The place in the 90s used to attract trouble that would just loiter around and cause problems.
It was unpleasant and people gloss over that.
paying to get in has cleaned this place up drastically.
I still fully support that.
safer and friendly environment for everyone.

We go around three times a year.
Thats on top of other numerous parks.
So shows how much we love the place.

I had a great day with my two grandsons on all the big rides. It was odd that the App showed Valhalla to be closed, and so a good job that we ignored this and turned up to find it open!

Having all the tickets on the App can be inconvenient, and the old wrist bands were much more practicable for large parties. Also, doing away with the cheap day passes that allowed access to the park but not the rides is also inconvenient as it forces you to pay full price, even for members of the party who are not going on the rides.

This this theme park has to be the most run down place I've been in a while the park needs a massive cash injection to clean up the place also the price is outrageous especially for none riders who have to pay full price to just walk around bring back the old days when it was a free to roam pay as you ride plus wrist band oh and e-tickets are a pain having to get my phone out every time you ride đŸ˜¡đŸ˜¡

Usual good visit to PB. Did a day trip from scotland for 30 odd quid each , one of the best value days out in the uk , park has been spruced up over the closed season everything was spick and span kids had a ball. Only negative is still no non rider ticket , two of is paid 30 odds each just to get in with kids , all coffee shops etc had doors wide open on a freezing day so nowhere comfortable to sit , had to go over to velvet coaster. Come on PB fix this now , dont mind the money but give us some nice comfy warm places to hang out.

What is going on, we used our phone to get in the park and every ride we went on we had to produce the ticket aswel, I had 3 people's entry QR code and unless I was going on a ride with them they struggled getting on and had to use my phone and I couldn't go on a ride till they got back?? My brother also had 3 people's code and had the same issue, how is that even remotely convenient, couldn't even get on as much as I wanted to because of the stupid system you have in place, what a complete rip off and waste of time!
