An often overlooked building in Liverpool is Mersey Chambers Building.
An unbelievably beautiful Grade II listed building constructed for the Harrison Shipping Line in 1878 ,in my opinion its up there with The Port Of Liverpool Building, The Cunard Building and The Royal Liver Building, the facade is wonderful, when viewed from the magnificent ground of Our Lady And St Nicholas Church offers the best views, a trivia question is connected to the building as perched atop the Mersey Chambers Building is the Third Liver Bird, its a wonderful looking building, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area and easy to locate along Covent Gardens .

Liverpool is justifiably famous for its great and amazing architecture, so much to see,so much to enjoy, so much to take in, walking around the front of The River Mersey you will find many fine buildings with hints to the great maritime history of our wonderful city, one such building is the Mersey Chambers Building.
This beautiful Grade II listed building was constructed for the Harrison Shipping Line in 1878 ,its such an evocative and beautiful building, the facade looks really good, grand architecture indeed, very photogenic, makes for some great photographic opportunities, the third Liver Bird is actually atop the building if you look closely, my twin brother Stephen and I were heading to Ma Boyles Alehouse And Eatery and passed through the beautiful grounds of Our Lady And St Nicholas Church, the views afforded from the well kept grounds of Mersey Chambers Building are superb especially at night when the building is beautifully illuminated, a wonderful looking building, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area and easy to locate along Convent Garden facing Our Lady And St Nicholas Church.

Walking around Liverpool you cannot fail but be impressed with the wonderful architecture our city has to offer ,walking along and near the waterfront is testament to the amazing buildings to be found ,The Royal Liver Building, The Cunard Building, The Port Of Liverpool Building collectively known as The Three Grace's are the most well known buildings but there are so many other great structures, one of my favourites is The Mersey Chambers Building.
A beautiful Grade II listed building, constructed for the Harrison Shipping Line in 1878 ,its such a wonderful looking building, the facade is beautiful, very photogenic, makes for some great photographic opportunities especially when viewed from Our Lady And St Nicholas Church and the beautiful church gardens ,if you look closely, atop the Mersey Chambers Building sits the third Liver Bird ,its just one really good looking building, adds to the joy of walking around this part of our city .
Easy to locate on Covent Garden, its facing Our Lady And St Nicholas Church, most definitely well worth checking out if your in the area.
