I am amazed sometimes at what is considered gallery standard art. I'm no critic but I know what I like and it doesn't include some of the displays here.. Each to their own.

Considering the treasures Tate has in its collection I found the Constellations display really disappointing. I'm someone interested in art but I was confused and alienated by much of the work on show and my husband and I whizzed through both floors in about 15 minutes. Fantastic building - this should be so much more engaging.

Sorry but I just didn't get it, cannot understand what people see in modern art. Tracey Emins bed looked just like any untidy bedroom, her drawings looked like kids scribble. Not for me.

I'm not really into modern art so I didn't get it! especially Tracey Emins unmade bed, and the stake with a hair ball at the end with a bit of twisted fence.

I loved the layout of the Tate which on our visit was displayed on three floors. It's a wonderful space with some amazing art, I had particularly wanted to see 'My Bed' which is the work of Tracy Emin, I wasn't disappointed and the staff provided a wonderful insight into how the display was constructed. A quirky gift shop with... More
