Very grand waterfront architecture. Take a look inside at all the marble. City history here. Now a modern office building.

The buildings in Liverpool were amazing especially the Royal Liver Building. Did not know what to expect on our visit but was pleasantly surprised as to the wonderful buildings

What an iconic building. It must make a great first impression when the cruise ships dock. Touch of 1920s New York about the building. Part of the lovely renovated docks and waterfront complex. An absolute must. Liverpool is developing into the UKs must-see city.

Stayed at the Crowne Plaza opposite and this imposing building fills the sky! Parking nearby is expensive so look elsewhere

The vast Liver Building has a touch of New York about it and it dominates the view. Right next to the terminal, for the ferry cross the Mersey. Definitely worth a look, especially if you're in the nearby Albert Dock.

This building is a taste of late 19Th Century architecture. Wonderful detail and built to last. They do not build them like is anymore

This building is from the age of the great Liverpool maritime history. It is huge and well worth any walk to see it

As far as I am aware the Royal Liver building is not open to the public for tours but only to people who have business to do in the building itself.
