Service for the bottomless brunch was awful.

Booked for 9 people, got there and was told to sit anywhere.. there were no tables big enough to seat 9 of us. We personally had to shift some tables to make it work.

They took our food and first drinks orders after 20 minutes of waiting. Then, 25 minutes later the first drinks arrived... AFTER we had already eaten our brunch food.

The only drink worth getting is prosecco. They serve a bottle of prosecco per person. The cocktails and aperol spritz were served in 200ml cups, not worth waiting 25 minutes each time for, especially during a bottomless brunch. When we asked to change the aperol spritz orders to prosecco to get our value for money, they refused. After speaking with the bar team, we managed to get a number of prosecco bottles between us.

Ultimately they were completely understaffed and couldnt keep up with the drinks orders. It's a lot of faff and not the experience promised on the website.

Absolutely rubbish, paid for a carnival night. Dj was rubiish and I agree with previous review.
Bouncers are bullies! Wouldn’t go again! Do not recommend.

Disappointing bottomless brunch, staff were miserable and on their phones, so it was hard to flag them down to top up our drinks. £30 for really poor quality of food as well as slow drinks service. Do not recommend the bottomless brunch at all! Complete rip off. Also had to choose one cocktail each to drink for the whole brunch- weren’t allowed to mix and match.

During lockdown a bunch of us would head there to listen to the DJ’s playing outside. The male and female DJ’s that play together are excellent. Why can’t they be inside? It’s just too cold for us to sit outside and listen to them. If they were inside we would be there every week.
And please sort your toilets out. Really grim

We had booked tickets for the Halloween Glitterbox event and upon entry they didn’t bag search or anything like that. With everything going on recently with spiking and injecting I expected AT LEAST a bag search… it shows the club don’t feel it’s a serious issue to increase or even implement safety measures. They also ended up letting loads of people in that didn’t have a ticket so it became extremely overcrowded and far too cramped. You had barely any room to move or dance without being shoved. Also, it took us over an hour to get a drink which is ridiculous so we basically had sobered up by the time we finished queuing, got in and got a drink. I would not recommend for any of their ticket events.

If I could give it a zero.i would..absolute rip off..drinks were over priced had a "table" basically we.paid to be in the smoking area!
The toilets were a disgrace there was excrement on the floor in one of the cubicles and also the hand wash had water added to it instead of it being replaced with a new one
An absolute disgrace of a venue stay well clear!

Where to begin… We were put in a booth under a see-through plastic roof in 25 degree heat, getting cooked by the sun, either have a roof or none at all. The speakers situated right above us were turned on to what appeared to be full volume to the point where we are having to shout to the person next to us like in a night club but at midday... When we asked the waiter if they could turn it down they said they would and turned it down by the smallest fraction you can imagine. Next was the food, we were told to order what we want from the online menu and it will be brought to us. On the menu are the food and drinks, and when you click on the food you had to pay for it, so there’s some confusion as to what was included in the bottomless brunch. We proceed to order the food on top of the £30 entry ticket, to be brought our food included with the ticket. We enquired about why if the foods included is it on the menu, and they explained we shouldn’t have been able to buy the food or even see it on the menu it was a glitch. We were told we would get refunded, but only when the kitchen was less busy and it would get sorted as the manager will come and speak to us apologise and refund. After waiting 2 and a half hours and 3 further enquiries with the same answer, we decided enough was enough and to just leave the establishment. Best of it all is when we were asking the staff what was in the box’s they do, Jerk Box, Mixed box etc (as there was no description) we were told by 3 different staff members they didn’t know!! The very food they’re serving they didn’t know what contents made up the plate!! The actual chicken itself was coated in salt to the point where it’s inedible. All in all I think for the price we paid the service was just too far under par to not say anything really. We overpaid for what it is, weren’t given a refund and all in all felt if we went elsewhere it would have been better. I won’t be returning and I don’t recommend you visit. The only thing that could have made me give it a 1 star is if there were rats, so that’s a positive for them anyway.

I went here tonight with my best friend to have chicken wings and all I can say is wow! Great wings, great service, cheery security staff who checked on us and got us blankets because we were cold. They were great!! I highly recommend.

An absolute must-go for a really fun and authentic evening out in Brixton. As a local, I've always been a fan of this place but they've really upped up their game even more when it comes to covid-proofing everything. Great social distancing measures in place and everything felt very clean and safe - while still maintaining a good music scene. There are still some pubs in Brixton which still feel very cramped and close to other people, but Brixton Jamm has gone above and beyond in making a make-shift backyard beach where all the tables are spread out, with a clear view of the DJ! It's probably the closest we'll all going to get to going to a club/music venue in London, so make the most of it! The table service was excellent and the staff were so speedy plus really friendly. We were really looked after by the lovely owner, who even gave us a complimentary round of drinks upon arrival. The DJ we saw on the Friday night was great and the volume was ideal (i.e. you could still hear the person opposite you while enjoying the music). Will be going again very soon - thanks so much!
