We were 14 people, since the first moment every single worker was helpful and ready to answer our questions, many of them understood spanish and talked very well, so it was easy to communicate at any moment. We had visited a lot of museums (about 9) on the trip and this was the first or second one for everyone from... More

Overall this is a fun and interesting place, for adults and kids. However, we missed one entire floor, the mirror maze, as a large group of kids had just gone in and there are lots of stairs between the photo floor and back down to the gift shop. Speaking of photos, these were very expensive and pretty pathetic really. You... More

We were looking for something to fill a few hours and Ripleys provided that. The entrance price is expensive for what you get but is negotiable it seems? We were greeted by a staff member that offered to reduce the price to a family ticket and when pushed a little further charged us all at the child's rate which was... More

Tip - worth booking online 14 days in advance to get 50% off tickets , we saved so much money doing that. We came here with our children aged from 3-15 years old , from start to finish we was truly amazed. So many interesting and wacky things to see - sweet art ,worlds heaviest man , Egyptian mummified hand... More

Wanted something to do for a few hours and never been before. Good tip to book online before you come. We used Picniq the night before and you don't even need to print them. This makes the price more reasonable for what it is. We all really enjoyed this. The mirror maze and vortex were really fun. The miniature sculptures... More

I purchased discounted tickets for after 5.30pm in advance, this was during half term and I'm pleased to say it was not busy at all so my family and I were able to browse around the exhibits at our leisure. I have a particular interest in the bizarre and unusual but I also wanted somewhere suitable to take my 6... More

We visited yesterday with 5 children ranging in ages 16-5years. All of the children enjoyed themselves and had a brilliant time, as did myself and husband. Fantastic family day out. Definitely worth a visit.

Some mildly interesting things in this place. Five floors of wacky facts. But nothing really exciting. Luckily we got discount tickets. Whilst it was mildly enjoyable, I would have be disappointed if I paid full price.

Lots of weird and wonderful things to explore inside. Best suited to children who can read well if they want to get the most from it but my 4 year old still enjoying himself.

Had vouchers to use, which meant free entry as after doing the attraction I wouldn't have wanted to pay the entry fee. The attraction in places seem tired, a lick of paint would help it. The staff at the front desk did not greet us as they seem to be sharing a private joke. There are some interesting facts and... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
