My first tour with Sandeman's was the free walking tour. Roberta was an excellent guide and she did a great job bringing the history to life. We saw a lot of the London highlights within the span of a few hours. The changing of the guards, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben. I also did the Ale Tour with Charlotte. I... More

I've taken these tours in several cities, and I always enjoy them. The guides are always fun and do a great job. I would recommend this to anyone looking to walk around, and learn a lot. In London, we did a tour with Andy and he was great!

John had greats stories to share and knew lots and lots of facts about Britain and could answer most of our questions. The tour showed the best attractions all in a walking distance. I recommend the Sandemans tours to all travellers, being alone, with friends or as a family. I usually do one of these tours when I get to... More

I had a tour with a local, Jake, which proved to be an excellent tour guide. He had a thing for the british royals and knew a lot of them. We were always encouraged to ask questions, which Jake was more than happy to answer. Very much recommended. Seriously, ask for Jake.

We participated in the free walking tour with Jake. We were only in London for a couple of days and this was a wonderful way to see a lot of the main attractions of London. Jake timed our tour up just right so that we could see the changing of the guard. He was very knowledgeable and was able to... More

Rachel told us the most amazing stories about murder and death, among many other things, in a very compelling way! Sandemans tours are always great!

Did the free walking tour with the "blond historian" aka Becky. She is very passionate and knowledgeable about history and it really shows. Wish I would have tipped her more. Would recommend for everyone. Also gives great advice on anything else to do in London

Did the free walking tour of London West on the 14th of December with John our tour guide, a very funny and knowledgeable lad who put in lots of efforts to make us laugh at the same time educate us. This was my first walking tour on the Xmas/NY Euro trip and set the tone for the subsequent walking tours... More

All I can say is the tour exceeded way beyond my expectations. Charlotte, the guide, showed me more of London in one afternoon than I had seen in my past two two trips put together. I would recommend Charlette for anyone who wants to say they have visited London & can spend an afternoon on a tour.

We had a fantastic tour guide called Rachel, highly charismatic with boundless knowledge and enthusiasm. The 2 and a half hours passed surprisingly quickly with all the information and helpful hints and tips of the city. It was my second Sandemans tour, the last being Dublin, and it certainly didn't disappoint. Would thoroughly recommend!
