Interesting stroll

Just really cool to go to the neighborhood and explore different cafes and restaurants. There will be always something interesting to see no matter what time of the day.

Soho is an area in Central London, very close to all the tourist attractions, which for some reason became a tourist attraction in itself. It is the area inside these major central London roads: Oxford street, between the underground stations of Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road at the top; Regent Street, between the stations of Oxford Circus and Piccadilly... This is a great area for an evening out on the bar or in a good restaurant. The atmosphere is lovely with a great selection of things to do. Even if you're not looking into drinking or eating, you might as well stroll through the neighborhood, as it is just so lovely.

Saturday night around Soho what is there not to like.... well maybe the crowds in the bars as they are often really good always a nice atmosphere around here, not like it was some 30 years ago. good bars, good eateries and right by the theatres - no wonder it's busy

Soho is one of the main tourist nightlife areas. There are plenty of places to eat and drink in this area. There are heaps of shops in the Oxford St area and plenty of Theatres and souvenir stores near Piccadily and Shaftesbury Ave.

Boxed in by Oxford Street, Regent Street, Shaftesbury Street and Charing Cross Road, Soho is one of the liveliest parts of London. With all the theatres (including our favourite, The Palladium), cafes, bars, pubs (including one of our favourites The Argyle Arms), it really is the entertainment centre of London.

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
