Friday night drink

Really nice time sitting outside on a couch with heaters above us! 2 drinks each before moving elsewhere for dinner was rather expensive but a nice place all the same.

We were a mixed age group asked to join friends for dinner after a gallery opening. The Bluebird is upstairs, large, loud, poor lighting and we found the food rather expensive and not as good as we had anticipated. The staff were helpful and service good.

Egzon created the best Mai Tai cocktail in Town! Wow! Haven't been to Bluebird since it has been completely been refurbished. Definitely the place to go, fantastic interior, great atmosphere and had fantastic meal. Looking forward to cocktails again tomorrow night.

Friends asked me to book the Bluebird for lunch on Sunday 2nd oct We were excited to be celebrating my Birthday there , especially after the recent refurbishment. Unfortunately we were rather disappointed with the experience on the whole. I'm not sure if it's teething problems following the re vamp but the 4 of the 7 food orders had to... More

First time at the Bluebird and I must say the feel is was very cool, I loved the outside space and grill that was constantly cooking beautiful food. There is a cute bar area just for drinks if you are not dining. Top service, the staff were very accommodating

This restaurant has a great atmosphere and the food is delicious. We've been a few times now and the food is consistently of a high standard. The portions are a little small so if you're a big eater then order plenty of rethink your restaurant choice! The sharing dishes are delicious such as a whole seabass for the table and... More

Four of us enjoyed an enjoyable couple of hours eating alfresco at the Bluebird. The food was very good indeed, we all enjoyed the experience immensely. Special mention for the staff who were polite and friendly going about their tasks with a flourish. This is a great place to eat, drink and socialize in this popular district of London.

I used to go to the cafe quite often five years ago when i worke din the area. i went back last night with some friends only to find it has fallen dreadfully in standards and to endure a very Fawlty Towers experience. Dreadful service - I had twice to get out of my chair to ask for help to... More

Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
