I sent an item back via post and gained no gift voucher or refund for it. Appalling service. I had proof of postage and nothing was given as a good will gesture. I spent 2 hours on the phone. Terrible service. Really bad.

I find Sutton Surrey Debenhams very unfriendly staff do not greet you. You can't find someone you have to hunt for a member of staff. It's so quiet you need to have staff with a smile. Asda is amazing you see them smile they say...More

Once again at Debenhams, no one available to assist us at the Estée Lauder counter. Other assistants standing about but I wasn't even acknowledged. Disgraceful service.

Big popular U.K. Department store which has wares spread over many floors. Has pretty much anything you can think of except electronic/electrical appliances. Clothes, homewares, suitcases, makeup, linen you name it. Big names galore and reasonable prices. Good place to shop for quality products.

Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods
cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience.
Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged
between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the
southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of
Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as
pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The
bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it
