We walked from the wonderful east gate around the lake to the north gate and then down to the south gate at the Albert Monument. The gardens and statuary are beautiful. This huge park is perfect for walking, jogging, or riding bicycles. There is food...More

We must have walked 10 miles in and around Hyde Park. Absolutely gorgeous. Loved seeing where William, Harry and Kate live. Love the "trails." Dogs everywhere, having a grand time. Just watch for bicyclists. They come out of nowhere!

Entering at Hyde Park corner and walking through towards the lake is a lovely experience. Lots of bird life to see. Birds are used to humans and will take from the hand. Coal tits and parrots were showing well.

I don't think there is a problem. Some horses are trained / exercised in an enclosure at one end sometimes, but I have never seen any in the park otherwise. It is a very large area anyway, and they could easily be avoided... More
