It's WATERSTONES WEBSITE I'm complaining for, not the shops. I bought a book on Waterstones website, they took my money from the credit card, I didn't get the book for an address problem, the book went back to UK, they didn't answered any of my mails, but they took my money. Very, very disappointed. Oreder N. 16713887 I'm looking forward to change my rewiew as soon as they answer my mails!!!
