It gets a bit busy but... this market has a good range of food stalls and some excellent cafe and lunch options. I'd suggest going early to avoid the mania and maybe tie in with a trip to the flower market on Columbia road.

This bustling market is great for amazing food! From home made cakes and treats, to delicious market goods you can take home. Also delicious meals to grab on the go. Although not very cheap, is a lovely way to spend a morning (or afternoon!)

This is a fantastic market for foodies. The stalls are absolutely bursting with a wonderful variety of different types of food, some you can eat straight away, delicious wraps, Asian, Caribbean, British bites, all absolutely fab. You can also buy meat, fish, fruit, veg, cheese, cakes meringues etc etc to take away. We got some absolutely delicious salt beef sandwich,... More

The Broadway Market is my favourite in a sunny day because there is the lovely London Fields park at the end of the street so you can relax and enjoy your food with your friends. There are lots of vendor with tons of quality food from England and all over the world. Italian cheese and bread, scallop and bacon sandwiches,... More

I've lived in Hackney for 20 years, and Broadway Market is one of the parts ofvthe borough that's changed most. It used to be full of wrecked cars and people. Now it's a great place to wander on a Saturday or Sunday market. Stalls sell everything from fruit and veg to cheese, chocolate and bikes. There's tons to eat and... More

Have been here several times! Love the staff and the wide selection of food (pasta, pizza, salads starters and much more) and drinks. Keep it going! ;)

Great little street market held every Saturday in this lively street, just below London Fields. There is an excellent selection of vendors, including Persian food from Zardosht and Vietnamese from Bahn Mi 11, two traders I have been trying to track down since I started doing street food 'safaris' a couple of years ago. In addition to this there is... More

Just on Saturdays. It's great if you want to get a taste of the local culture. Full of people, very crowded but fun to be around. You can buy vintage items, handmade jewellery and decorations, taste local cheese and all sorts of food.

This is the place that comes alive on Saturday afternoon. Beautiful young ladies and the bearded hipsters guys. Its full of great restaurants and delicious street food. You can walk to the market along the canal from other interesting parts of London. If you go there you can hear so many languages being spoken and everyone is so well behaved.... More

Broadway market is always fun - although, it getts really busy on Saturdays with something for everyone - from groovy duck-egged burgers, to unique bags and vintage clothes - but still in a manageable size. Whenever we're in London, we don't miss out on this, since the atmosphere is always firendly and nice.
