Quite simply one of the outstanding music venues in London. The concert hall itself is vast (standing only every time I’ve visited as far as I could tell, not sure if that’s always the case, it was fine by me), they also have another hall...More

Worst skating experience had in London. Uncomfortable skates which leave blisters, wet ice, incompetent manager and complaints procedure and extremely rude young staff member. The security were fantastic. Slightly embarrassing considering it is a fully functioning skate rink in one of the finest historical buildings....More

The farmers market at Alexandra palace is amazing! Definitely try the Bokit stall which is fab! Our 5 year old enjoyed picking her lunch from the market and then we made our way to the playground which she really loved

I don't know why I imagined the Ally Pally to be tucked away in the middle of a Victorian London street - I half knew that this was where the BBC were based back in the 1930s, and it was atop a hill. But arriving...More

We visited for the final of the Dafabet Masters snooker in January 18. Extremely disappointed with the facilities, considering we were there for the whole day from around 12pm until 11pm finish, the restaurant choices were abysmal. There is literally just one wetherspoons pub which...More

Really well maintained venue and well managed. The queue for the show was round the corner but the staff managed it well and we got in in no time at all. Good selection of food and drink stands inside but lost a star due to...More

I love the Ally Pally. It's a great location for a stroll and to take in the best views of London. Great venue for gigs too. Reasonable food court and not too big for live music. The Red Bull soap box racing is a hoot!

Beautiful building with a wealth of facilities including a pub and ice rink. The main hall is used for exhibitions and has wonderful murals and a lovely organ. Get there by rail to Alexandra Palace and then walk up the hill or take a bus.

This place is so beautiful. I would highly recommend visiting. Went for a gig and the staff were so friendly and entertaining, the venue was above expectations and I really enjoyed myself.
