I went to the landmark with my partner for an afternoon tea and spa day. This was a horrific experience. The spa staff basically asked why my partner and I looked different in brief. When I explained he was Pakistani, she went into a tirade about never to go there because basically they are paedophiles and both abuse/ murder women.... More

Lovely hotel and spa, I've visited this venue 3 times now. The only thing that lets it down is the cleanliness of the jacuzzi, there is a scum line around the water top that needs a good scrub. The tiles obviously haven't been cleaned in a long time. Shame as it's the only thing that lets it down

This is an iconic hotel with a great location. A beautiful building with fantastic quadrangle to enjoy a beverage or a bite to eat. The staff were excellent, the rooms are a good size. I have only one negative and that the bathroom getting to the point of requiring a refurb.

the spa facilities are a bit basic in their conception, but super clean, and in fact quite elegant. Nice , not so hot but very efficient sauna room, nice monsoon showers, large/swimmable pool, large jaccuzzi. BUt the best of the best massage: I had the Mediterranean candlelight massage: pure bliss! A bit of everything ( acupressure, reflexology, deep tissue, etc,... More

In the afternoon I had a fantastic facial from Jessica. Both ladies were very professional and I came out feeling a million dollars. People have commented... More

I am pleased to say that the treatment I received from Antonella, who is one of the professional lady who gives the massage treatment for relaxation. I must admit, Antonella is very skilled in her field and has lots of knowledge about massaging the body while taking care of any medical condition one has. Antonella constantly enquires about any painful... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
