The area
Address
Neighbourhood: Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
How to get there
  • Marylebone • 3 min walk
  • Edgware Road • 5 min walk

TOP TOP TOP Spa in the heart of London
Feb 2020
I have received the birthday present when I was staying in Landmark hotel for a few nights . It was a voucher from my friend. He was very impressed how professional was the staff and how easy was to choose, arrange and pay for the voucher. I had to just confirmed the suitable time for me. Of course I could changed the type of the massage which was already chosen. So we discuss the details about the procedure and I have decided not to changed anything, because it was more then great to experience.
So, I just wanna say, that I love the procedure, room, music, massage done by professional and relaxing room afterwards. I highly recommend to visit the spa and enjoy it the same or even more that I did.

Best massage in London!
Dec 2019 • Family
I visited the Spa during a stay at the Landmark London with my family. I was very impressed by the range of facilities and the overall feeling of calm and tranquility that they had managed to create in the centre of such a busy city. Despite having enjoyed many many massages in my life, the one I had at the Landmark was the best. I will definitely be back!

Aromatherapy Massage
Dec 2019 • Family
Stayed at the landmark and was treated to a massage as a birthday gift from family. It was a very nice experience and the lady who did the massage was great. She asked if I had any specific reasons for having the massage and how I wanted to feel after so that she could tailor the massage to suit me. The spa facilities were amazing and I just wish I was able to spend more time there. Thanks!!

Spa day
Oct 2019
Took my team for a spa day on the 2nd and 3rd October . We was treated for all our hard work. The landmark is out of this world, we was blown away . Out spa day was amazing the staff were friendly and we was totally relaxed. We had lunch in the grand central restaurant and the burgers are a must! We didn’t want to leave so we went to the winter garden terrace and had hit chocolates all round . We was there the whole day could have stayed . Thank you landmark for making our days so special x

Not a relaxing spa
Aug 2019 • Couples
I booked a spa day for 2 for £75.00 through virgin experience last year for mumsy birthday but only just got to use it a year later the booking process was smooth but the times offered were limited just 3pm on a Friday but could use up until 10pm so took day off work .treatments were way too expensive cheapest was £95.00 for 50 mins for one person so didn't bother with a treatment .hotel looked plush and spa looked ok .however fruits supplied was just green apples and cucumber or grapefruit water. they supply robes towel and slippers .changing room is small they supply free lockers and only 2 toilets so no private changing areas.
Swimming pool is in the spa area small jacuzzi in corner sauna and only 4 loungers not enough space for people to relax and was packed with people was unisex and children came in after 3.30pm not really noisy but they are children so cant help their noise we left after 1 hour was too packed and could not relax or enjoy it .changing rooms on the way out again was packed and became filthy with people leaving there towels and stuff all over the place.
Will not go back was not worth the money. Service was nice smiles and hellos. I have had a better spa experience at virgin active spa.

Serene and sparkling clean
Jul 2019 • Solo
The pool is so relaxing. Once you swim in a chlorine free pool, it is difficult to contemplate the alternative. If you time it right and visit mid morning or mid afternoon, you might score the place almost to yourself. Kids pile in at 4pm to break the bliss and have fun.

Lovely Spa Day
Jul 2019 • Solo
I visited the spa on Thursday 18th for an aromatic massage and to use the facilities. I would definitely come back the gym and spa were super clean. The receptionists were very welcoming Mario showed me around and was extremely knowledgeable about everything, my therapist Andrianna gave me a 50minute aromatic massage which was extremely relaxing and one of the best I’ve had. Keep it up the Spa team and management definitely know what it takes to create a 5* experience!

Rude staff
The spa staff are rude and unwelcoming. I wrote to complain and the usual reply came back. They said I would not be refunded which of course is silly as anything can be refunded.
Over priced and unpleasant. The waitresses in the breakfast area also rude and unwelcoming. Avoid. Much nicer hotels in London

We were guests at the hotel and both my boy-friend and I went for massages. The spa is very clean and peaceful. The staff were very knowledgeable and service was great.

Super Saturday spa
My Goddaughter was visiting from Australia so I took her and my daughter for a spa day at the Landmark. From the great welcome to the most fabulous treatments (lovely rooms, lovely products and even lovelier therapists), everything was perfect. The team are all great, tempering competence with warmth - this is obviously a highly people-centric employer where team members can be themselves whilst still delivering five-star standards. And the best news of all - great value at £200 pp for use of all spa facilities, two treatments and a delicious afternoon tea in the impressive Winter Garden afterwards. What's not to love?!
