I found it to be wah too busy for me, it was becoming difficult to walk further than a few metres without having to move out of someone's way. Inside the shops aren't so bad but the til queues can be pretty long as well...More

I think this is correct and your biggest issue isn't 48hrs, it's the cost of parking which is far too pricey. See if your hotel does any reduced parking rates or deals with Westfield for longer stays.
