This must have been one of the smallest theatres I've been for a long time. However I loved it. It worked well with the play (Woman In Black) and the plays simplicity. It made the act more realistic and personal. It felt extremely understated...in a...More

I thought the touring production is better as i did not find this production very scary. The two actors were very good. A very small theatre. I found it would be better if it had started at 7.30 instead of 8pm.

This is a very lovely theatre that is the perfect size for the show that is currently playing here. The Woman in Black is a very chilling production that I wouldn't describe as scary but it does make you jump with some very loud and...More

My wife and I visited Fortune Theatre to watch The Woman in Black. You will struggle to sit as the seats are too tiny and not a lot of leg space. Avoid the front row seats at the dress circle as you will walk out...More

only 2 actors, well 3 if you count the WIB. scenery was terrible, seriously underfunded production. Give it a miss. Spend more on a ticket to a real west end show.

WOW What a great production, hadn't seen the film so could only base the anticipation on word of mouth, which was generally described as a scary nerve jangling play. It lived up to expectations and was in parts scary. Brilliant cast lovely old theatre, very...More
