Amazing exhibition

Bob Dylans exhibition is currently on at the Gallery and what a treat that is. I wasn't aware he was such a good artist. A real find.

We visited the Halcyon Gallery in New Bond Street because we wanted to see Bob Dylan's ‘The Beaten Path’ series before the exhibition ended. ‘The Beaten Path’ is Bob Dylan's celebration of the American landscape. It consists of fifteen hand-signed limited edition graphics and invites the viewer to accompany him on his travels as he criss-crosses America through the back... More

We may have missed this if the doorman hadn't caught my eye and beckoned us in. What an amazing space! The exhibition was a nice surprise. I wasn't aware that Bob Dylan was an artist and his large colourful pieces have angular perspectives that draw the eye in. Its free! go and have a look

Happened upon this place by accident as we were down New Bond Street. Loved the fact that although this is a sales gallery, they were quite happy for us all to wander in and look at the paintings and sculptures created by Bob Dylan. Is it just fate that they had this on so soon after he won the Nobel... More

I never knew that Dylan was a painter or a sculpture until I stumbled across an exhibit in the Halcyon Gallery on New Bond Street. At first I thought maybe there is another Bob Dylan but when you see his photo you know there isn't. Most of the paintings are of an America probably in the 60's and 70's, when... More

This was my first visit to the Halcyon Gallery and I can see now why it gets such excellent reviews. I went to see Bob Dylan's "The Beaten Path" series (from 5th Nov. to 11th Dec.) and the gallery really did help to make it a special visit. A warm welcome at the entrance, helpful, friendly and discrete staff with... More

Don't miss downstairs. The money piece is interesting. I loved their Russell Young offerings ...take famous images and jazz them up with diamond dust...a fresh take on a classic icon.

This is by far one of the best galleries you can ever visit. They had a few Chagalls on display when i visited alongside a Picasso and a couple of Warhols. you shouldn't miss it if in London

Viewing so many thought-provoking pieces of Lorenzo Quinn's masterpieces in one place is a treat I will remember for the rest of my life! They pieces are beautifully crafted and eloquently converse with you. A staff member respectfully and enthusiastically answered my queries. Halcyon Gallery exhibits are a must!

Staying in Mayfair

Neighbourhood Profile
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
