Tour was cancelled due to potential bad weather (August 2019) (ended up being a lovely day). Received an email saying we can reschedule or receive a refund. I requested a refund as we were visitors to the city and had to return home. I never heard back from them. Chased it up again in early March this year and was told they couldn't refund due to Coronavirus affecting them financially. As mentioned our tour was cancelled in August 2019, way before Corona Virus appeared. This isn't a matter of money, it's a matter of principle. Using the Corona Virus as an excuse was very poor, considering our refund should have been processed in August 2019.…

The tour guide Matthew Green simply did not show up. Nor contact us beforehand. 8 people waited 30min, including a group of 4 who he had stood up in December as well. He didn't reply to our emails or phonecalls until many hours later, when he sent a text message saying "I sent an email cancelling, perhaps it went to spam?". Offered an immediate refund but about 24hrs later this hasn't happened. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. A couple from the group had travelled 1+hr to come to the tour and had taken the trouble and expense to arrange childcare etc for the morning. …

Booked this for a special surprise valentines treat for coffee loving husband and travelled two hours to get here. Matthew green didn’t contact us to cancel. He didn’t show. We waited 30 mins. We met four people who had turned up last time when he had not shown up and had been told to come today instead. This tour doesn’t exist. Don’t go because there is no tour. I await news from Matthew green about refund for my ticket and ticket into London especially for this. Sad to waste a Saturday at the end of a busy week.…

Attended this tour today with my family. (Family aged from 14 to mid-seventies!). All really enjoyed it. Matt is a great story-teller, bringing history to life. Looking forward to attending some of his other tours.

It was the best historic tour of London history and coffee history we have ever been on. Dr Green was a mind of knowledge and portrayed it such a fantastic way that the time just flew. We must have walked a fair distance with out realising through back streets I would normally miss. I purchased this for my wife's birthday surprise and it was worth every penny.
