The organisation by the staff was very poor. Most unfriendly! I do wonder why they allow Viagogo to book all the seats and the charge a HUGE increase in the price. They shouldn't encourage these crooked compaines

We saw Frankie Valli and had a brilliant evening. One of the best concerts we have been to. What more can I saw?

Myself and two friends booked onto this, and we really enjoyed it! Although we were a little nervous at first we soon got into the swing of things and became more comfortable. Fran was a fantastic guide, she was good at explaining how to use...More

Great experience at a decent price. You might think it's a bit of a rip beforehand but afterwards you'll understand that it's quite good value. The guides are great and the views are too. Iron Maiden doing a sound check below is an added bonus....More

Booked this for a works do with 36 of us walking up at the 02. We were in two groups of 16 and 20 for the number of guides we had. The staff were amazing, so friendly and chatty, the safety video was informative and...More

Fun and unusual experience! Over very quickly but something different to do. Was super windy at the viewpoint so didn't make for good pictures but it's fun if you're looking for something different to do in London.

How easy is the climb with a back condition? I have a genetic back condition and am able to get around OK but extreme things can set it off. Sudden, sharp movements or overly strenuous things. Is this like walking up a steep hill?

It's like walking up a hill, it's not a full on climb, however you get breaks every 10 minutes or so
