I placed an order for a t.shirt for my grandson. When the order was delivered I opened the parcel and found that I had been sent a packet of gadget decals instead of the t.shirt!! How on earth does a packet of gadget decals look like a t.shirt. If your order is incorrect you have to email the store and I'm still waiting for a reply!!!!! …

As part of my journey in London for the HP filming locations, we couldn’t miss this place! Due to pandemic, there was no queue at all...just a few people, so go now if you can! The staff from the shop clean after each customer and gives instructions on your way to the store! They take a picture of you and if you like it, you can purchase it! Brilliant service! …

Nice shop, was allowed to take a picture with the platform for free with my phone and did not need to wear a mask in the picture (unlike at the WB Harry Potter Studio in Leavesden) which was really nice. Would recommend a visit, even during Covid-19, as they clean the trolley after each picture.…
