Wife and I called in first time in 2016 and commission a pair of yellow sapphire and diamond earings . Negotiated a suitable price and left them to it , the design was beautiful led mostly by them using materials according to our specification. We were delighted and commissioned a complimentary necklace which again delivered on all aspects . I... More

I came to HG today to look at emerald rings - not so much to buy one from here but to compare colours of the stones. The shops were so quiet so many of them had staff smoking outside which gives this the impression of a cheap street market. What really annoyed me though is when I looked in the... More

We walked up and down here and visited several jewelers, my wife wanted a particular type of Gold chain, which we found. All the places we visited were very friendly and helpful. We were also impressed with the security guards stationed all along the road, made you feel safe.

I had no idea this area existed until it was robbed by some cockney OAPs a few years ago. It's a surprisingly quiet area given its central location and if you're into window-shopping you'll enjoy looking round, not to mention the fact that if you want to buy jewellery you might want to check here first.

The centre of London's diamond industry can be a bit overwhelming. There are so many stores with so much on offer but, it's a great experience, especially when you find the ring you want.

Heera have excellent customer service on the shop floor. My wife and I were shopping for wedding bands around Hatton Gardens and were quoted prices around the £2000 mark for our custom-made rings. Heera almost halved that price and that was before any haggling. We were told that our rings would take up to two weeks to arrive in store.... More

It's not nearly as large as Manhattan's diamond district, but it's tightly packed and easy to navigate. If you are in the market for an engagement or wedding ring, this is a great place to start. It pays to shop around, though, as prices and quality vary greatly from store to store. It's worth doing some research before you go.
