This was my first visit to the Palace Theatre - to see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child - and I was not disappointed. I bought the tickets almost 2 years ago so I was very excited for the day, mostly to see the play, but the theatre soon became part of the attraction. It is perfectly located in the... More

My daughter bought the tickets some 18 months ago for my birthday. I enjoyed it very much, the scenery and magic was fantastic. Fantastic seats in the circle too. My only teeny teeny grumble was the seats. There isn't much leg room, can't stretch your legs. I have a bad knee and this made it very uncomfortable as could not... More

Went to watch Harry Potter and the Cursed Child - what a fantastic show - I was enthralled from start to finish (and didn't want it to finish!). We sat in the dress circle and the seats were great - plenty of leg room and a great view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a lovely atmosphere and... More

Was here Wednesday 15th 2017 with my sister. We had to pick our tickets from the box office the line went down really quick and the member of staff at the front was very friendly. The theatre inside is a little bit warm and stuffy inside but you forget about that when you are watching the Curse Child which is... More

I DID MY WAITING! 2 YEARS OF IT, IN AZKABAN!!! Having left the Palace Theatre less than 24 hours ago after 2 years of waiting, I now find myself here, I should be working, got a batch of Purchase Orders that need doing. But, they can wait! Harry Potter and the Cursed Child brings to life the magic we fans... More

Having waited almost two years for these shows and paid a small fortune for tickets it was such a disappointment to have been let down by the theatre. Firstly having been herded like cattle outside, had bags searched - several people having water and edibles removed only to be charged a kings ransom inside to replace them I was disgusted... More

Great theatre, the Harry Potter show was amazing, great effects and fantastic staff , only issue is it gets very hot and stuffy due to the amount of people and it being an old building. Would love to say more about the play but it would ruin for other people.

For any fan of the Harry Potter series this is a "must see". We booked our tickets over a year ago but it was worth the wait. My only moan was that two seats in front of me and in my direct view of the stage was a very tall man and his head kept moving around. But this is... More

Unfortunately the other reviews on here about balcony seats are true. Like most people, I booked tickets for Harry Potter over a year ago and felt let down by these seats after waiting this long. I felt really sorry for anyone who was perhaps 5ft 8 or taller. If you can see my photo below, look how close my legs... More

I was here on Wednesday 1st March for both shows. I got my tickets for Christmas 2015 and it was well worth the wait! It was just an incredible show with the acting, the staging and all the tricks in the shows being top notch! The only flaws i had was i didn't like to portrayal of a character from... More

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
