I believe that at certain times of the year you can tours down stream to Hampton Court and Windsor from Waestminster pier

"...at least name all of them" You gotta be kidding right? Name all of them. Look there's the London Eye, Big Ben, St Paul's Cathedral, London Bridge...and the rest, go see for yourself!
