Today I was given the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly customer service for after sale care at Burberry, Regent Street. I was so impressed that I will be writing to Burberry to name and praise. The respect I was given as a customer was second to none in a time when I very often don't receive it and have to... More

I thought the Burberry in Boston was the best until I came here. The London store seems to carry more of the latest items and is normally not crowded. I've also been lucky enough to find some things on sale. You have to know when to go but when things are discounted, it's like finding a 4 leaf clover.

The service can be great and also very bad, depending on the staff member; I avoid the store if I can now and purchase Burberry items elsewhere although the store has their whole collection, which are not always available elsewhere.

Better pricing and great selection as compared to anything in the states. We've been here often and we are delighted with the service. All good.

Very good customer service from the minute I walked through the door. Attentive and personal but not overly intrusive.

Great British Burberry. The brand has come a long way in the last few years and here you can get most of their collection all under one roof.

After reading the mixed reviews on here, I was a bit worried going into the 121 Regent Street store. Since I wanted to get a trench, I decided to drop in on a Thursday afternoon. Large store and lots of variety. Within 2 minutes, a staff came up to ask if he could help. I told him what I was... More

Staying in Knightsbridge

Neighbourhood Profile
Knightsbridge
When millions of tourists want to shop 'til they drop, they do it along Brompton Road and its boutique-lined tributaries, including the world-renowned Harrods. And when millionaires want to flaunt what they've already got, many of them find Knightsbridge and Belgravia the perfect place to do so, often behind stately mansion walls or down quiet private mews. Delve beyond the ultra-luxe exterior and you'll find some of this city's cosiest pubs, quiet gardens, and all sorts of indie retailers and enterprises worth a short exercise in spontaneous window shopping. For those looking to take a break from shopping, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, and some of the city's most popular museums are nearby.
