Had a really good burger here followed by some fab beers - at pretty reasonable prices for London - and very enjoyable too.

Firstly, the positives: the beer range was great; the bar staff also very friendly and working very hard. The food we had was very tasty and good value though it could have been warmer. The manager (?) seemed to deliver these and was almost running around at times. We did wait a while for our plates to be cleared. Clearly it is a converted house though they have done a very good job and the décor has interesting prints etc on the walls. What did take the edge off our night was a loud Australian who did little to care about anyone else in the vicinity. When leaving someone in his small group must have said something about this only for him to proclaim "it is only a bloody pub". Well, I hope that all Aussies don't believe that inconsiderate behaviour is the norm !…

We visited The Craft Beer Co. two nights in a row while in Islington. They have a great selection of beer...something for everyone! The second night was a little slower so we were able to chat with the bartenders. They were super nice and gave us good recommendations for places to check out in the neighborhood. I would love to go back here again!…

Fabulous bar that we stumbled on, en route to Islington Assembly halls to see the Blockheads. Great choice of beers and lagers. Great IPA’s with varying specific gravities. Nice bar staff and brilliant festive atmosphere. Highly recommend you drop by....
