Large major train terminal than is swarming with commuters and Harry Potter fans alike, as the Platform 9 and 3/4 is located there for photo ops, right beside a massive Harry Potter store

Great well organized station. Lots of information, places to eat and history. I always enjoy travelling thought here. Also, easy connections on to the underground.

Very cramped, one poor table had to move every time people wanted to get past to sit in other seats. No decaffeinated tea! No cream for the scones! Friendly and efficient waiter but not a very relaxed place to sit.

As a traveler not used to London Transport or regular train travel I did find navigating the crowds and queueing to buy a ticket a bit daunting but I coped and those staff I asked for help were very friendly and helpful

Just a couple of minutes. The Potter shop and platform are in the rear part of the main lobby and very accessible. Just know that it can get crowded at times with everyone wanting photos!
