That's what I recomend when someone ask me if it's worth to go to the Lonson eye! From the sky Garden you can see the London eye from above with a cocktail in your hand!

we went to visit Sky garden in the morning. It was warm and sunny so the view was stunning. I recommend that this experience is for free - because the Shard is very expensive. I would visit Sky garden agian.

Not that i could see - they are doing extensive bag searches but the Sky Garden itself is just a coffee shop and the viewing area so no dress code. The Darwin restaurant is slightly more upmarket but again no real dress code
