What I can say? This was the holy grail. We attended a Court 1 match on Friday and Centre Court on Saturday. Transportation via Tube was easy; be prepared for a long walk whether you get out at Southfields or Wimbledon station (the latter is...More

Going to Wimbledon was the last thing on my tennis bucket list and this year I got to check it off! The nearest tube station is Southfields, not Wimbledon as you may think and it is still a good 10-15 minute walk. The grounds are...More

Our annual visit to The Centre Court was really good. The weather was great and the tennis was great and the facilities were great. However the acoustics are terrible. It is impossible to hear what the umpire says. Very often the umpire's words are lost...More

We decided to take a break from the footbal world cup and flew to London to see if we could get to see a few games at Wimbeldon. We had no tickets to the day, Monday of the second week, and it was surprising difficult...More

We were lucky to get tickets again this year for Saturday on Court No. 1. You cannot beat the atmosphere of watching live tennis at Wimbledon especially when the sun is shining! It is always well organised, very welcoming and relaxed and always exciting. Eating...More

This was a fantastic highlight to visit Wimbledon for any tennis fans. Unless you have purchased tickets prior be prepared to queue for a number of hours. We joined queue around 5.30am and managed to get ground tickets and was worth the wait.
