My husband and i went here, so much information. Some would say too much to take in on one visit but that is fine because you ticket is valid for a year, so you can always go again

Thank you for your review. The Museum has retained it's traditional feel with something for everyone. Our reception staff are particularly knowledgeable so if there's something you can't find or want to know more about please do not hesitate to ask.

The entrance fee is now £5 with no concessions. However keep the card the lady gives you and you can use it anytime for the next year. Really interesting exhibits.

Really good and odd collection of Whitby history. My girlfriend loved the fossils and I enjoyed the history and captain Cook.
