Located under Nottingham Castle around the side of the Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem Pub. Gives a great impression of life back in the day. Great value at £2.50 or it is free if you have already paid to tour the castle (keep your ticket)....More

What a smashing little museum. And just £2.50 entry! Hugely knowledgeable guides to remind you of a bygone era!

An interesting step back in time. Lots of things to see set out on 2 floors. We could remember a few of them too. Artifacts from all walks of life including the pharmacy, bootmaker, laundry, corner shop and hairdressers (some of which looked pretty dangerous!)....More

Excellent museum with fascinating exhibits. Kids and adults will both love it and run by volunteers. Well worth a visit.

Absolutely amazing to visit this after the disappointment of the art gallery calling itself a castle!!! My kids were gutted until we came into this little gem of a museum x thankyou for putting a smile back on their faces :-) VERY WORTH A VISIT......EDUCATIONAL...More
