Decided to walk all the distance from Brookes to Iffley Village (absolutely NOT worth it) and then to Iffley Lock which was AMAZING. I really enjoyed walking by the river.

Ok! This is a place that many people come to see the workings of the locks and the passing of boats of all shapes and sizes.

This is a working lock and is quite pretty. It is set in the lovely surrounding countryside that has lovely walks.

Pleasant walk along canal, very pretty but not much else around vicinity. We walked up to the village to the pub but nothing else to warrant a lengthy stay.
