St. Mary's Minster is the oldest of the three medieval churches of Reading town centre. There is a little Anglo-Saxon stonework, there is Norman stonework from Reading Abbey, other medieval and later features, A guide book is available.

What a lovely Christmas Carol concert held by the local radio station. You must come early to get inline as limited seating. Can't wait to go back again this year and watch some local talent. Thank you for a free evening

Very pretty church, nice to wander around and through. Probably the nicest part of Reading town centre, sans the parks.

Really an interesting place. We had the benefit of one of the guides giving us some time and going through all the various aspects of the church. Definitely worth a visit.
