Visited this cemetery a few times over the years and i think its absolutely fascinating and beautiful especially around April when there are literally hundreds of daffodils blooming. A lot of work has been carried out by volunteers and the grounds are very well maintained....More

Very atmospheric overgrown cemetery dedicated to the rich people of Sheffield of the 19th century. Certainly worth a look.

Cemetery established in 1836 and being restored by volunteers now. As with all old cemeteries it is rustic and overgrown but charming. There are led walks monthly to give the history and stories about the cemetery and also more topical events eg Halloween tours, nature...More

What an amazing piece of Victorian history + conservation area. I can see it may not be the place many people would consider visiting for an afternoon out but I loved the atmosphere. (Probably wouldn't visit after dark though!!) I will go back and explore...More

A vast place with some very interesting gaves here . there are many people of interest here from sheffield history . They also have guided tours here on occartions . Wheel chair can get around but need to be fit to push some one around

A lovely work in the sun and there is a beautiful temple building in the middle so much history would love to do a proper tour of the place
