An easy round walk that was well shaded from the summer's sun. In spite of a number of other walkers, we still saw lots of birds and a squirrel along the way.

Do the full walk and see and learn about Sheffield. See Sheffields natural beauty. All walking abilities can do most if not all of the walk. Take your time and enjoy the scenery and ancient woodlands and nature.

had a lovely walk here while staying at Halifax Hall hotel in Endcliffe Village. Would not have known about it without googling the area to find out places to walk and would recommend highly.

Sheffield's a wonderful green city, and this 14.5 mile walk is an ideal way to see it. Because it was closest to my house I started at Meersbrook Park, and Bishop's House was a useful stop to buy the map. £3.95 was a little steep...More
