As others have said, I've lived in Sheffield all my life and had no idea that this place existed. What a great little museum. Once you find the entrance, you're met by knowledgeable and friendly student guides and taken up to the museum. They spend...More

We went here for an education trip. As a family we were amazed at the specimens on display and that we had never previously heard that the museum exists! The workshops that run from there were excellent and the kids learnt loads!

Only a small place (it's just one room), but it's definitely worth organising a visit. Lots of unusual things to look at while you're there.
