We came here on the 'Go Georgian' ticket with a spare hour before a Bath Festival performance & I am delighted we popped in here I didn't think the Child would be as grabbed as she was by the Museum and in particular the Lace Exhibition but she is a girl and the sight of McQueen, Kane, Azagury and Chanel... For those who like fashion AND history, this is a good place to combine those two interests and take a leisurely walk through the chronological exhibits and beautiful garments found here. Although I didn’t take advantage of it, the museum has a dressing up area with Victorian and Georgian costumes to fit adults as well as children.

The displays were well done. They had a free audio that supplied lots of good information. I enjoyed it. My husband on the other hand found it a bit boring. Go with a girl friend.

We would have not gone to the Fashion Museum had it not been recommend to us by my sister and brother-in-law but we are so glad we did. They have an audio tour that makes the fashions come alive as you walk through the museum. Neither my husband or I are into the fashion scene and by the end we... More

A comfortable and well laid out wander through smart fashion over time from the 1600's. The audio guide is good. A bit more on working class dress would have been a good addition.

As part of our saver ticket that included the trip to the roman baths. We had the pleasure of visiting the fashion museum in Bath. The audio guide was superb and it felt like you are strolling through centuries of fashion history.

Hadn’t planned to go here but got a combined ticket with the Roman Baths. It was fun. Spent about an hour, was very interesting. Gradual progress through time depicted in clothes was fascinating. Audio guide was excellent. We enjoyed the dressing up clothes too :) It was good to see the Assembly Rooms building.
