Good well organised museum with well lit and well designed exhibits. Good dressing up for the kids and places to sit and enjoy the experience Staff a little over zealous in ticket collecting and no concessions for blue peter badge holders!

We found out about the museum by chance when researching what was in Bath. We brought a combined ticket with No 1 Royal Crescent. Interesting to see how the fashions from the late 1700 change to the 1980's. The availability of different materials and touched on changes to how the fabrics were produced and ways of ensuring the dress had... More

Although I am of the male species I enjoyed going to the fashion museum. The content is great and the display is eye catching. They have it set out in periods and there is a place where you can dress up and take pictures against a period Bath Street scene,

My partner and I included the Fashion Museum as part of our trip to Bath, and we enjoyed it. You are provided with an audio guide which is easy to use and, whenever you see an outfit you would like more information about, you are able to use the guide for more information. On the day of our arrived there... More

Good layout kept you moving without clashing with other visitors. If you are into fashion or just rember the 80's it willl make you smile.

Ok I'll admit I'm a member of several clothing history organisations, and I was at the Museum for the opening of the Lace in Fashion exhibition. I think the Museum misses out because it is in the basement - there is a lift, but you have to ask. People come in and see the Assembly Rooms, but don't think to... More

This is a good and informative exhibition with the current displays on the history of lace making together with the more standard exhibits. The costumes are, in general, well shown and have good information to go with them. The whole exhibit only takes about an hour and, if you are not so keen on fashion as the person you are... More

These tickets came in the saver pack I booked and I'm glad we visited. Seeing the different clothing throughout the years was amazing! There was even a section where you could 'dress up' which was fun!!! This place makes you appreciate fashion and where the world is with it now.

Great little museum in the Assembly rooms. Lots of interesting information about the exhibits and little extra details of poems and songs from the various era's. An hour well spent.
