Interesting and extensive gardens, well maintained. various different areas to explore, good for the whole family. Fantastic views over the surrounding area especially of the Cathedral. Well worth a visit.

Pleasant walk through a pleasant & well looked after gardens with much variations just off the A39 into wells,with a bus-stop just outside the gates.Well worth a visit.Entrance Free.

Found this gem through voucher. Stunning views, a very warm welcome from owner. It was a joy to share this private garden. The icing on the cake was a simple tea room, with home made cake. There was homemade jam to buy (delicious!) and plants....More

great day out, beautiful gardens and house just outside of wells. Make sure you ask about the French naval guns as you walk in.

A lovely terraced garden over looking the city of Wells. The garden is divided into a series of designs. Each garden has it’s own beauty and harmony with the natural settings of the environment. Well worth the visit.

Beautiful terraced gardens of a private Home available to visit through the National Gardens Scheme. We managed to get half price entry via Groupon. We were warmly welcomed by the owner who was very informative. The gardens have beautiful views of Wells Cathedral and Glastonbury...More

It is a terraced garden with steps between levels. However there is a driveway down to the courtyard that a wheelchair can be pushed down. So in my estimation you could definitely reach top and middle levels with no steps... More
