A great trip to see lots of beautiful butterflies. We had kids aged 3,8 and 11 and all great time. Feeding the fish, watching the butterflies and seeing the other animals. Great little gift shop with pocket money gifts for the kids. Family tickets available. A good trip had by all.

Yes I understand butterfly's like the hot air and this is butterfly worl we are talking about but I nearly passed out when I stepped foot in the butterfly area. If I make this an exception excellent place. You can feed the fish (my favourite part of the day) experience butterflies 🦋 fly around you and (another favourite) the giddy... More

Went along last weekend. It's based next to Preston park so along with a picnic (there is a cafe on site too) you can spend a good few hours in the area. Lovely place, wonderful butterflies to see. Was taken by surprise by the meerkats which were wonderful to see as well. Be warned it is very humid inside. Basically... More

My kids really enjoyed this. It was kind of small but nice. Lots of flowers and butterflies. Enjoyed seeing the cocoons hatch. It was just SO hot and muggy in there that I could hardly breathe!

This is a very busy place with a lovely large play park for the kids. Butterfly World was beautiful but was boiling hot inside with it being a summers day it captured all the heat from the sun. There was lots of different butterflies to see. This place charges a fee to enter but the parking and the play park... More

Obviously it was very warm but cold outside. Would have been nice if the had a cloak room to put your coats. Mebbes a little expensive but fine and... More

One tip I'd say wear bright colours as t he butterflies will land on you. Beautiful little piece of paradise, set out really good. Crammed full of exotic plants, butterflies and little birds. For me the only let down was the lady who took our admission fee today; miserable would be an understatement. She never said please/thank you, didn't tell... More
