With comfortable seats, some sofa chairs, scatter cushions and you can take drinks that you buy from the attached restaurant and bar into the film. Sit back and enjoy a glass of wine while watching a great film, perfect. The staff are lovely, the restaurant...More

Great cinema - loved the small sofa seats! Very popular with the children. It's also very central in Bury so easy to get to especially if you don't have a car.

It's a great little cinema with some nice old fashion details. A very nice way to spend a few hours with the addition of good food and drinks in the restaurant. Superb !

The Abbeygate Cinema is a superbly comfortable place to watch films. Buy a glass of wine, sink into a really relaxing armchair (with drinks holder!) and enjoy the movie. The other attraction is there is NO popcorn in sight. There are only two screens and...More
