NEVIS RANGE Mountain Experience is in the heart of the Highlands of Scotland, 7 miles north of Fort William. The mountain gondola will transport you to 650m on Aonach Mor where you'll find the Snowgoose restaurant & bar with awesome views, mountain trails, kids play area, and the Mountain discovery Centre (summer only). In the winter, we're open for sledging, skiing and boarding. There's biking for all in Leanachan forest, plus bike wash, bike hire and a skills park. The NEVIS downhill track (with gondola uplift) hosts the Mountian Bike World Cup each year and there's the new red Route opening in summer 2009. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Took a trip to the Nevis range with a friend recently. Although it was a beautiful day it was much cooler at the top, as can be expected. So, go prepared!! We took the funicular up to the top, £14 each return, which I thought was a bit pricey, but the view from the top was spectacular. If I went... More

This is one way of getting up to about half way up Ben Nevis before walking the rest. These cable cars, (gondolos) take up to 6 people and I don't like heights! However on descending I bravely opened my eyes and really enjoyed the views. Unfortunately the wind was pretty strong and we started being blown sideways with rain entering... More

Was in Fort William visiting our son who is spending a few months there training. Went for a drive around the area and came across this attraction. The cable car was a nice ride up the mountain side (about half way up). From there, the views are spectacular and you can grab a bite to eat and a hot drink... More

For the price it is over expensive . You get to the top and thee is not much to do in less you are s cyclist and want to get to the bottom via the race track . They have a restaurant which is okay , but that is all .

Attended a wedding here travelling over a mile by gondola to reach the venue. We were supposed to have the service and bbq outside but unfortunately the weather closed in and we had to have it inside the premises. Nothing overly special about the venue. It was nice, pleasant staff, with good food and spacious enough to have a full... More

£14 per adult - but worth it. Definitely make sure you go on a clear/sunny day without low lying cloud to get the most out of your visit. The views on top are awesome and there are 2 x walks either side of the cafe. We spent around 1 hour up there on the 2 walks and really enjoyed the... More

We spend about 2/3 hours here. Nice experience with the gondola to the visit center. We had clear skies and nice walks up here.
