There's not much to say other than I personally love traveling via this little gem of a station. With all the work going on around it with New Street, the arrival of Curzon Street HS2 and the modification to Snow Hill Station for the tram network not to mention the modern building popping up, Moor Street offers a delight for... Quite a small station but owing to the redevelopment around the Bull Ring some years ago it is now quite nice to walk through. There are places for refreshments including a small coffee shop. This is not a supermassiive station like New Street (Grand Central) so I wouldn't go as far a to say you should make a special visit... More

I stepped off the train and was to have met friends at the station. I was a little early. Ordered a piece of cake and a cold drink. Average price for the city centre. After a short wait was served by friendly employee and sat end enjoyed my refreshment. The place was very busy all the time I was there.... More

The work done to preserve the orginal station features was a complete success. I love travelling from this station. Modern facities but great period features. Staff are excellent and assist me as i am disabled. You just have to see this station.

From J Boy of Derby A beautiful small station near the centre of town. It is decorated in the 1930's style and it reminds me of the Severn Valley railway at Kidderminster except this is a normal main line railway station with Chiltern trains running to Marylebone and London Midland trains to Stourbridge and beyond. It seems so much more... More

So the little station. If you get a chance to come via this one then do. It is a traditional station which has all the charm of yesterday year but also the routes you need.

Always fast and easy travelling to Moor Street. The railway station has an old style look to it which is lovely in comparison to the look of most modern stations. very close to Bullring and city center shops.
