Never had a problem at this station, facilities are all excellent - clean toilets, accurate information, choice of refreshments and helpful staff.

In the centre of the new trendy brum, with posh shops, here is moor street station with original building, several flowered baskets and a lovely feel to what birmingham was like.. Lovely station right in the heart of town...

This station is a superb gem of like walking back into preserved history yet meeting modern needs. Like revisiting the Great Western days. Well worth a visit, including for modern travel needs. Also an excellent bar/buffet with friendly staff.

Great little station, more like you would find on a heritage line than a modern mainline. Good little cafe on the concourse and traditional signage, decor etc Certainly more friendly than New Street!

I got here by accident rather than design because trains from Euston to New Street weren't running. The first impression is of a 50's station, except that the trains and facilities are right up to date.

Despite being an active and busy station, Moor St manages to retain its' old world steam days decor. Much easier to travel from than New St.
