This was my first visit here but it won't be my last. The venue is easily reached from New Street Station. The concert was very enjoyable, the acoustics were excellent. Will be returning in November, if not before

Really friendly and professional staff! Very helpful. No complaints! Got served at the bar quickly. No delays. Only thing I’d say is there’s not much leg room inside.

Great venue for music. However, the venue - and the surrounding parts - are really looking quite dated, and very “90s” in style. Could do with a refurb, which should include replacing the uncomfortable seats.

Hello, This concert hall is well designed, so you should be able to see from even the side lines! However, stall are best or just the first floor. Middle seats are also good. Best wishes Eva
