You can sit next to Thomas Attwood and have a fabulous photo taken whilst you look at the council house, museum and town hall. A perfect place to examine the architecture surrounding victoria square.

I chanced upon this statue when I went to work in Central Library. I took my lunch outside and sat on the steps. There he was, calm and relaxed, as was I. It was fabulous and we shared time together most lunchtimes throughout the summer....More
