I've spent most of my childhood exploring this fantastic spot and it's one of my favourite places to go. It's great for everyone; families, couples, tourists or even flying solo. There's so much to explore and find without getting yourself lost easily. A true treasure.

I recommend going more in the summer because there are more activities, especially for the family trips. But the park is always beautiful and relaxing. The wooden park in the center is always my favorite part no matter what age.

A lovely place for kids to explore... embrace wildlife-feed the ducks and swans, run riot in the forest play in the large park(climbing, swings, slides etc. Cafe offering cold and hot food-reasonable prices. Ice cream van on site. Gift shop. Toilets. Excellent.
