I've read mixed reviews of 40 Years On and in particular Richard Wilson's performance, so was a little nervous going to see this on the final evening. Richard did read some parts and had 2 stumbles over lines, but actually, this play is about a...More

We went to see '40 Years On' at Chichester Festival Theatre the other day. Lovely play but a bit dated. Some good performances but Richard Wilson starting to show his age with having to use crib sheets.

We wanted to see Alan Bennett's '40 Years On' and decided to make the 115 mile drive from north Wiltshire to see the matinee there, and then to be home again before dark. In fact the drive proved not at all bad - pretty much...More

This is a great regional theatre with wonderful productions which usually then go into the London West End. Since the A3 tunnel has been opened it is just over an hour from North Surrey and a great place to go for an evening's entertainment. 2...More

They very rarely have disasters here. Plays are middle of the road in the main theatre and often great fun. The theatre is exceedingly comfortable with useful places for food. Even if you are not a regular theatregoer try this out.

Hello, I am not sure which show you are enquiring about, but we currently have two running. Half A Sixpence is 2 hours 45 minutes including one interval, FRACKED! is 2 hours 20 minutes including an interval.

Will Patricia Routledge be appearing in The Ideal Husband Anytime soon? We are visiting England late summer or early fall this year and she is a big favorite of ours.
