Only went on the miniature steam train, so can't comment on museum or rail coach cafe. For a couple of pound per person the miniature steam train ride was excellent value for money. Really good fun, a nice little train ride that lasts about 8-10...More

I was very impressed with this place, the miniature railway was very enjoyable and value for money, lasts just the right amount of time. The museum is quite interesting, a bit tired but I thought that added to its character. I enjoyed it much more...More

A beautiful older railway, the ladies in the railway shop were absolutely lovely, very inviting and loved our dog (always a winner for us)

My kids love this place, the Tobby Tram ride is great. The kids get to drive the train down the track on their own and back. The train ride is good value too and last for about 8 minutes. The shop is interesting and generally...More

Well where do I start Rude staff who tells you to shout for the manager and has no customer service skills at all. She preferred to play with her stencil and paper. Things don't work and takes your money and you have to stand around...More

Didn't expect anything for 1.5 £. Lots of old memorabilia. Lots of miniatures in glass cases. Wanted to stay for 5 minutes and ended up for more than 30 minutes inside the museum. Great shop for the connoisseurs of miniature trains.
