Took our son here for a day out, very happy how clean it was, also loads of different little paths to choose whilst out walking. Also some big sand dunes to roll or slide down. Worth a visit on a nice day.

Miles of unspoiled sand dunes teaming with local wildlife. When the weather is nice and dry you can't beat it. DO NOT try to cross the estuary when the tide is going out. Very dangerous. Be safe and look at the tide lines.

I regularly visit the Dunes! Such a peace and beautiful area.. you can walk over to the beach (about 20 min walk) and see both Newton and Ogmore beaches. A firm favourite for dog walkers

No not really. There's a car park that's mainly busy on weekends. Whenever you go because there's so many routes you can walk you very rarely see many people.
